Purpose: Fellows spend one year working as a special legislative assistant on the staffs of 
members of Congress or congressional committees.  Two Congressional Fellows are chose 
from candidates in any physical, biological, or social Science or any field of engineering.  
The fellowship includes relocation and travel expenses.
Eligibility: All minorities.
Financial data: $40,000 + tuition
